Common questions
Is ERPNext free? What am I paying for?
ERPNext is open-source software with no licence fee. You pay us to set it up, host it, keep it updated and support your team. There are no per-user fees, so adding staff costs nothing.
Can we leave and take our data with us?
Yes. It is standard ERPNext, so your data and setup move to any other host or partner. We hand over a full backup when you ask.
Where is our data hosted?
On Frappe Cloud, the managed hosting run by the makers of ERPNext, in the region closest to you, with offsite backups. Enterprise clients can have their own server.
We already use ERPNext. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start by reviewing your customisations and fix anything fragile before adding new work.
Which e-invoicing systems do you connect to?
We build each country's connection as clients need it. Tell us where you invoice and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs.
Do you work with our accountant?
Yes. We set up the chart of accounts and tax reports with them, so what the system produces is what they file.
